螺旋喂料器
是连蒸的关键设备之一，被软化处理的物料进入本设备后，通过变径、变螺距挤压输送，物料受到强制性挤压脱水处理，达到溃丝化作用便于后续吸收药液。经料塞管压缩后形成密实得料塞，封堵T型管、蒸煮管内的高压蒸汽，防止反喷。螺旋喂料器的转速与其电机电流和T型管的防反喷装置连锁，既要完成造塞，又能根据需要及时关闭T型管，以保证生产安全。
