4、摆动堆焊过程中加强了电弧对熔池的电磁和机械搅拌作用，使焊缝组织更趋于合理和均匀。
5、对于焊接过程中的所有工艺参数，包括电流、电压、送丝速度、走行速度、走行距离、焊道宽度，焊道摆宽、焊接时间等均可实现自动化控制，
