换热器的特点

1.    结构紧凑，容易安装

使用了薄板片，换热系数高，滞液量少；

 2.   重量轻

仅相当于管壳式换热器的20-30％；

3.   用水量少

换热效率高，在同一冷却工况下只需要相当于管壳式换热器的1/3的冷却水流量；

 4.   经久耐用

能承受高温（200℃)和高压(3.0MPa)；

 5.    污垢系数底

高端流降低了污垢系数，从而减少了清洗的次数。

  钎焊板式换热器的选材

       1、整机主要采用316L超低碳不锈钢。

                           

        2、采用99.95％的纯紫铜作为焊料。
