产品结构Structure 离心机涡轮风机
圆形管道风机系列主要由外壳、叶轮、电机、支架和接线盒组成。
Consist of housing, impeller, motor, bracket and connection box.
*外壳：采用优质热镀锌钢板制成，具有优良的耐大气腐蚀性能；采用ABS材料独家外观设计（已受国家外观专利保护），具有高韧度高延展性，轻便美观等优点。进风口设计成符合空气动力学的形状，便于气流进入叶轮。进风口和出风口外形尺寸相同，以便于安装。进风盖和出风盖采用螺钉连接，便于维修与清洁。
1) Housing: Galvanize steel sheet material could be able to bear corrosive. And ABS housing with good flexibility, light to use and the characteristics of beautiful. The best design for inlet is based on aerodynamics so that the airflow can easily enter into impeller. Same size for the inlet and outlet can install conveniently. Bolt connection for inlet cover and outlet cover ensure easy maintenances and cleanness.
* 叶轮： 均设计成后向式叶轮，在正常运转的情况下，均能与外壳良好配合，风量大,效率高,噪音低。叶轮与外转子电机构成整体,成为叶轮轮毂的驱动电机被气流高效地冷却，可以延长风机寿命。
2 ) Impeller: All of Impeller are designed backward curve with big flow, high efficiency, lower noise. The impeller is integrated into the external rotor motor so that the motor is equal to a wheel hub. So the motor can be cooled by the airflow efficiently to prolong life.
* 电机：采用外转子单相异步电动机，通过CE认证、CCC认证、UL认证。该电机的特点是叶轮直接压装在电机外壳上，由电机外壳旋转直接驱动，机电一体，结构合理，体积小，节省安装空间；重量轻，运行平稳，效率高，寿命长。
3 ) Motor: External rotor single-phase asynchronous motor received CE，CCC，UL certification.
