低温试验箱使用说明书
一、低温试验箱用途与特点：
1、本仪器使用于水泥、混凝土、各种防水卷材、型材、塑材的低温检测。
2、本仪器由进口压缩机、冷凝器、过滤器、毛细管、蒸发器、恒温槽、数显仪表、数码控温系统等组成。本机制冷速度快、噪音小，使用可靠方便。
二、低温试验箱技术参数：
1、本仪器容积：160L
2、控温范围：0℃—-40℃
3、控制精度：±0.5℃
4、电源：AC220V、50HZ
5、环境温度：0—23℃
6、相对湿度：≤75%
三、低温试验箱结构特点：
该仪器选用上翻盖儿，对低温保持效果好，试验方便。恒温槽采用防腐性较强的合金板，外用优质钢板制作，中间充聚胺脂保温材料。
四、低温试验箱操作使用：
开箱后检查仪器是否完好无损，然后把仪器放置在水平面上。
检查电源是否稳定，然后插上电源，打开电源开关，此时仪表显示为恒温槽内实际温度，等3分钟后，压缩机启动。
五、低温试验箱温度设定：
按住“▲”键或下“▼”键3秒，显示“5P”与设定温度，再按“▲”键或“▼”键调整设定温度，调整好后，不要按任何键，10秒钟后自动保存退出。
六、低温试验箱温度事项：
1、仪器不允许在有潮湿及腐蚀性气体的环境中存放与使用。
2、第一次使用（长时间未用情况下）本机必须工作2小时后方能作检测，以免第一次使用数值不准确。
3、由于某些原因断电或停电，就立即关掉电源开关，若需要重新启动，必须间隔30分钟以上方能开机使用，以免急速开机烧毁压缩机。
4、在搬运时严禁将仪器倾斜45°以上。
5、使用时需要稳压器调节：220V 50Hz 15A 接地。
6、本仪器必须接地。
7、本仪器只可用于实验室化验用，不可作普通冰柜使用，否则不予保修。
8、严禁在不使用时长时间运行。
9、本仪器经长途运输或搬运，静置2小时以后方能使用。

Five, the low temperature test chamber temperature setting:
Hold "bring" key or "▼" key for 3 seconds, the display "5 p" and the set temperature, and then press "bring" or "▼" key to adjust the set temperature, adjust good, do not press any key to automatically save out after 10 seconds.
Six, low temperature test chamber temperature items:
1, the instruments are not allowed in damp and store in the environment of corrosive gas and use it.

7, the instrument can be used in laboratory tests only and cannot be used as ordinary freezers, otherwise no warranty.
8, it is strictly prohibited without using long time running.
9, the instrument by long-distance transportation or handling, let stand for 2 hours, can use.
