2． 按录取信提供的网站地址向波尔大学发出预定宿舍的邮件。波尔大学后勤部门在收到邮件后会与你确认,并要求用信用卡付定金(US$200).
3． 请一定注意录取信中要求报到的时间, 切勿超过到校时间.按照移民局规定，学校不能接受晚到校的学生。由于这个原因，巳有两位中国学生被退回。请注意：2011年秋季到校时间是八月十四曰。如有很特殊的情况需延后的同学, 一定要及时与学校或我们办公室联系.
关于波尔州立大学的住宿问题
波尔州立大学可以给学生提供一个安全、舒适的住宿环境，在这里你可以结交新的朋友，认识和你有共同爱好、兴趣的同学。在公寓里有健身中心，洗衣房，无线宽带，学校要求大一的新生必须住在校内，大二之后，学生可以选择在校外租房，校外的公寓设施都比较齐全。

You may have already been contacted by BSU housing regarding on-campus housing options. Ball State has several dormitories and apartments available for students. You can find information ab0ut university-owned housing at http://www.bsu.edu/housing. You can also see a comparison of on-campus housing options.
There are many privately owned apartments and houses near campus. Students who choose to live in these accommodations will need to plan to look for a place to live once they arrive to Muncie. Students often use apartment search websites, as well as the classified advertising sections of local newspapers. Please remember, may be subject to the on-campus residency requirement. Students are responsible for ensuring they comply with this requirement, if applicable.

Hotel Discount Package
BallStateis pleased to inform you of a new hotel discount package for international students with the Residence Inn Indianapolis Airport Hotel. We recommend this service if you have a late night flight coming into Indiana and are unable to meet the times for the Indianapolis International Airport and Muncie shuttle service, or if you have an early morning flight and the shuttle times do not meet your itinerary.
* Please note it is the student's responsibility to make reservations and subsequent arrangements. Ball State is not responsible for any third party contracts with the hotel or shuttle company.
For the rate of $74.00 per night, you will be provided with a studio room or a bedroom suite (based on availability), a full hot breakfast, high speed Internet, and free shuttle service to and from the Indianapolis International Airport (tip excluded).

We are pleased to share with you that BSU now has bus service to Indianapolis International Airport and downtown 5 (FIVE) times a day, 7 days a week, on STAR OF AMERICA bus line. Each way costs only $19 (cash or credit card). The bus pick-up/drop-off at airport is at the Ground Transportation Center. And bus pick-up/drop-off on-campus is very convenient behind the Student Center and at the BSU football parking lot. The times every 4 hours from approximately 4am– 8pm. It stops in Indy at the airport and downtown. Return times are every four hours from approximately 6am– 10pm. It is very convenient, punctual, and safe.
