涤纶UDY常规纺纺丝用油剂，能够满足纺丝一拉伸二步方式加工的工艺要求，该油剂具有平滑性好
集束性好，抗静电性能优良，上油均匀等特性。适合于纺丝速度在2000m/min以下的各种规格的单复丝及细旦丝、异型丝等，纺丝上油工艺。
化学组成：润滑剂，非离子表面活性剂，阴离子表面活性剂，抗静电剂等。
质量指标：Q/2038
外观：白色至淡黄色透明油液体。
使用方法：油辊
推荐上油浓度：10-15%
推荐上油率：0.8-1.2%
乳液配制：根据配制的乳液浓度将油剂缓慢地加入被搅拌的25-30℃的软化水中充分搅拌20-30分钟即可。
乳液保存：乳液必须用防腐剂(杀菌剂)保存。
储藏稳定性：常温下为12个月，储藏温度最好在10℃至35℃间。
