Introduction to JM Cleaning Agent

JM型清洗剂是我公司与浙江大学化工系、北京大学化工系合作，新近研制开发的又一高新绿色产品，该产品以有机酸为主体，根据霉斑、水垢等分子结构不同，配以适合的溶解剂、去污剂。主要适用于长期露天堆放且堆放环境极其恶劣的啤酒瓶、黄酒瓶等各种玻璃、塑料容器的清洗，特别对玻璃瓶在洗瓶机内多次周转清洗不净的霉斑瓶、水泥瓶、水渍瓶、油杂瓶、铁锈瓶、油漆瓶等具有特别强的湿润、溶解和清洁作用，可用于喷雾式预洗机，浸泡式预刷机，也可用于人工毛刷清洗，可大大提高啤酒瓶的清洗效率和清洁光亮度，本产品具有以下特点：

JM Cleaning Agent is another latest high-tech product jointly developed by our company and Department of Chemistry, Zhejiang University. This product is based on organic acid and prepared with appropriate solvents and decontaminants depending on various molecular structures of mold and scale etc.. It is applicable for cleaning glass and plastic vessels like beer and rice wine bottles, which are piled up outdoors for a long term in an extremely adverse environment. In particular, it has much strong moisturizing, dissolution and cleaning effects on glass bottles, which have not been cleaned thoroughly after times of turnover in the bottle washing machine, such asbottles with mold, cement, water, oil, rust and paint stains. It is suitable for either spray pre-washing machine and soaker bottle washer or artificial brush cleaning and can greatly improve the cleaning efficiency and brightness of beer bottles. This product is featured by:

一、外观特点：琥珀色或无色，略有芳香味的产品。

二、光亮洁净度高：用本清洗剂湿润啤酒瓶表面1-3分钟后，再进入洗瓶机常规洗涤，达到玻璃瓶光亮度好、洁净度高、视觉效果好。

三、腐蚀性小：由于采用了有机酸及植物合成剂，对不锈钢、黄铜等金属材料无明显腐蚀作用。

四、符合卫生、环保要求：广泛采用有机及天然植物合成溶剂，其重金属含量远低于国标GB14931.1-1994《食品工具、设备用洗涤剂卫生标准》的要求，有利于食品安全和环境保护。

五、适用性广：可用于玻璃瓶、塑料瓶及金属设备、容器、管道的清洗；

I.Appearance characteristics:This is an amber or clear product, with slight aroma.

II. High brightness and cleanness:Glass beer bottles will achieve good brightness, high cleanness and excellent visual effects after being moisturized with this cleaning agent on the surface for 1 – 3 minutes and then washed regularly in the bottle washing machine.

III. Tiny corrosion:Thanks to addition of organic acid and vegetable complexant, this product has no obvious corrosive effects on stainless steel, brass and other metal materials.

IV. Compliance with requirements on hygiene and environmental protection:This product widely adopts organic and natural plant synthetic solvents and contains heavy metals far less than the requirements in national standard GB14931.1-1994Hygienic standards for detergent for food tools and installations, conducive to food safety and environmental protection.

V. Wide applicability:This product is applicable for cleaning of glass and plastic bottles, as well as metallic equipments, vessels and pipes;
