乐同玻璃钢格栅性能特点如下:
1、 耐腐蚀性强：具有非常优越的耐酸、耐碱、耐有机溶剂及盐类等诸多气、液介质的腐蚀性能，特别在火电厂的脱硫化水车间，造纸厂的纸浆车间，电解铝车间，酸碱合成车间得到了广泛的应用。根据实际使用场合要求，可经济地选择使用邻苯型、间苯型、乙烯基型树脂做基体材料。
2、轻质、高强、且便于切割、安装。 由于是经树脂和玻璃纤维复合而成，其密度较小不大于2，仅为钢材的1/4，铝材的2/3。其强度为硬质聚氯乙烯的10倍，绝对强度超过铝材和普通钢的水平。其自重轻，可以大大的减少基础支撑。因此，它被广泛用于低空作业平台，船舶、甲板，机械装备检修走道。其切割安装简便，无需动火及大型起吊设备，仅需少量人工及电动工具甚至无需电动工具，只需手动工具，使得安装成本也大为降低。所以，用于高危行业 ，例如煤矿瓦斯超标场所走道，燃气储罐操作平台走道
3、 耐老化：使用寿命在50年以上。
4、 阻燃：普通阻燃型格栅火焰传播速率（ASTM E-84）不超过25；高级阻燃乙烯基格栅的火焰传播速率不超过10。氧指数不小于28（GB 8924）。
5、安全性：具有优良的电绝缘性，10KV电压下无击穿；无电磁性，可用在对磁性敏感的设备上；玻璃钢格栅特殊的结构还具有防滑、抗疲劳等特性。
6、内外均一的颜色，并且色彩可任意选择。能根据客户的要求定制颜色，改善生产场所的环境。
7、具有天然防盗功能，没有回收价值，可在市政园林工程广泛应用。
Letong FRP grid performance feature:
1. High inoxidability: FRP grid have characteristics of stable acid-resistance, alkaline-resistance, organic solvent resistance and saline matters, which exists as the gaseous or liquid medium. The grid is popularly adopted in the workshop of desulfurization, paper pulp, electrolytic aluminum and acid-base synthesizing. Three sorts of resin (O-type, Iso-type and vinyl) could be used, according to the actual application.
2. FRP grid is featured with light weight, strong intensity and convenience of cutting and installation. It’s made from resin and glassfiber, specific density remains 1/4 of steel, 3/2 of aluminum product, less than 2. But intensity is 10 times than PVC, also more intensive than steel and aluminum product. With the feature of small density can lessen shoring of foundation, our products are widely used as low-altitude work platform, deck for ship, inspection walkway for machinery equipment. Easy to cut the installment, the construction is convenient, unnecessary to use flame cutting or lifting equipment but only need a little manpower and electric tools, or even hand tools, which lower the installation cost. FRP grid also applies to high-risk industry, e.g. walkway of gas superstandard place, roof walkway of gas tank.
3. Aging resistance: more than 50-year serviceable life.
4. Inflaming retarding: flame propagation rate (ASTM E-84) of common grid is less than 25. Flame propagation rate of reinforced flame-retardant vinyl less than 10. Oxygen index NOT less than 28 (GB 8924).
5. Safety: unrivalled electrical insulating property, Can NOT break down with 10KV voltage; NOT electromagnetic property, suitable to use for the equipments which are sensitive to magnetic property; Special structure of FRP grid is provided with anti-skidding and anti-fatigue.
6. Uniform color on the grid. You can customize the color in according with the application environment.
7. Crude anti-thief property: less recyclable value, use for municipal and gardening engineering.
