物理性质描述：褐红色砂状均匀颗粒，略带黑色杂质及少量浮尘。

物理成分：

石榴石≥89%；云母≤5%；浮尘≤4%。

化学成分：SiO2 38-40％；AL2O3 20-23％；Fe2O3 4.5％；CaO 8.5％；MgO 5-6％；TiO2 1.0-1.5％；FeO 18-20％；

颗粒规格：3.83mm≤4目≤4.21mm；1.87mm≤8目≤2.11mm；1.34mm≤12目≤1.63mm；0.92mm≤20目≤1.25mm；0.73mm≤30目≤1.03mm

产品用途：金属表面处理，喷砂除锈业,金属防腐处理，喷塑喷涂业。

加工工艺：精选含量为78.56%的石榴石岩矿，人工烘干使水分含量低于9.7%，机械粉碎后水洗（必要时酸洗），除去泥沙灰尘等杂质（可根据用户要求磁选），二次人工烘干（便于分筛除尘），水分含量低于8%。最后用先进的分筛工具筛选包装。

产品特点：由于多加入一道水洗工序，本产品的杂质含量大大低于一般厂家（经磁选后杂质含量更少）。先进的分筛工艺使石榴石砂颗粒均匀，流韧性好，从根本上杜绝一般同类产品的堵喷嘴现象。

石榴石适用范围：

石榴石系属硅酸盐类矿物，经过水力精心筛选，机械加工，筛选分级等方法制成的研磨材料，主要用于研磨玻璃制品制品，工业除锈及水切割等
