Modul Flasher PSS 8
The Standard Flasher PSS 8 is a high-power flasher for pulsed solar simulation with constant light usable for up to 10 ms. It is built for test surfaces of up to 2.4 m diagonal and has a repetition rate up to 0.5/min.

String Flasher PSS 10-S
The PSS 10-S Pulsed Solar Simulator for solar cells can also directly measure shunt resistance (RSH), an indication of wafer damage. If the value for Rsh is too high, it can lead to hot spots in modules, as if the cell was shaded. Rsh could also be calculated using software, which would not be so accurate.

Single Cell Flasher PSS 10
The Single Cell Flasher PSS 10 and the PSS 10-S have special high-stability capacitors for permanent use in fully automatic assembly lines. They flash once for each cell, but measure it twice. The low-pressure xenon lamp generates a two-step single flash, which leads to two I-V curves. Beginning at a light intensity of 1,000 W/m2, it drops after a flash period of 5 ms to an intensity of 500W/m2 for another 5 ms. This allows the correct measurement of the series resistance (Rs) according to the norm IEC 904-9 (Simulator Class A).
