生物质燃料
一般农作物秸秆、木屑都具有疏松、密度小、单位体积的热值低等缺点，作为燃料使用很不方便，生物质成型燃料成型技术不仅能有效地解决这一问题，而且能有效地改变木屑、秸秆等的燃烧特性，实现快速、洁净燃烧。
生物质成型燃料成型技术即是通过粉碎、干燥、机械加压等过程，将松散、细碎的桔杆、农业废弃物压成结构紧密颗粒状燃料，其能量密度较加工前要大十倍左右，这种生物质成型燃料便于贮运，燃烧后排放的烟灰和二氧化硫远低于重油，是一种适合于工业锅炉使用的高品位燃料。

生物质成型燃料的特性
（1）生物质成型燃料的安全性
生物质燃料在燃烧过程中不产生一氧化碳等有毒气体，完全避免了煤气中毒等危险现象。
（2）生物质成型燃料的热值
生物质成型燃料的密度一般为1.1-1.3t/m3, 热值约为4400±100Kcal/Kg。1吨生物质成型燃料相当于～0.6吨标准煤或0.41吨柴油/燃料油。
（3）生物质成型燃料的应用
（a）密封塑料袋包装，装运方便，清洁安全；
（b）固体颗粒，密度大、体积小，贮存方便；
（c）燃料挥发分高，易于点燃和燃烧；
（d）燃料热值高，水份低，燃烧效果好；
（e）CO2可达到生态"零"排放，SO2、NOx优于柴油，排放完全达标，实现减排 。
（4）生物质燃料的多样化

(4) The persification of biomass fuel
