7.2风机在出厂检测时必须通过动平衡、振动和跳动测试：风机运转在1400±50r/min时，两边端面动平衡精度为G6.3,符合标准JB/T9101；风机的振动速度有效值按照JB/T8689标准规定；风机运行时，叶轮的轴向跳动和径向跳动小于等于1.0 mm。
