纤维球是由纤维丝扎结而成的球形滤料，它与传统的钢性滤料相比，具有弹性效果好，不上浮水面，空隙大，工作周期长，水头损失小等优点。在过滤过程中，滤层空隙沿水流方向逐渐变小，比较符合理想滤料由上大下小的孔隙率分布，从而形成了滤速快，截污容量大，过滤效果好，可再生反复使用，不必全部更换，省时省力等优点。纤维球滤料，可将不易沉淀去除的微小悬浮物截留。滤速比传统砂滤料高3.5倍，滤料能反洗再生，可实现自动化管理，一般滤速30m/h，粗滤进水100mg/l，出水SS≤5mg/l，精滤进水20mg/l，出水≤2mg/l。广泛应用于油田、化工、电力、冶金等行业的高标用水；循环、旁滤和废水回收利用。

本产品选用高醛化维呢纶，定型涤纶丝为原料。用自身表面所沾附的大量生物团与充氧，污水反复接触，使废水中的悬浮物及有机物降解而达到处理目的。

纤维球特点：

1.质轻、强度高，物理化学性能稳定，经久耐用。

2.随水飘动的纤维丝，使填料之间空隙可变，不易被生物膜堵塞。

3.比表面积大，活性强，处理效果好。
