General Introduction

Lunheng Paper Cask Equipment Manufactory affiliated to

Lunching Industrial Corporation, specializes in producing complete set equipment of kraft cask with hoop iron. This complete set equipment was designed on the base of the advantages of various equipment of same kind manufactured abroad and was developed from the first generation, which came to being in 1982, characterized by double rolling and sealing to the second generation, which was eva1uated in February 1988, characterized by single rolling and sealing up to the third generation characterized by hydraulic sealing . The performance of this complete set equipment is as good and reliable as that of an imp0rted one and the price is only one thirty as much as that of an imp0rted one. Due to its high efficiency and low cost this complete set equipment earned a good reputation from packing experts and customers and was honored with a first class prize of “Excellent Four New Product” and a second class prize of “Scientific and Technical Achievement” awarded by Wenzhou City City Government in 1988, an “Excellcnt Product” prize awarded `89 Beijing International Foodstuff & Packing machinery Fair, a silver medal awarded by China International Ddecade ` s packing Achievement Exhibition and an “Excellent Packing machine” prize awarded by the State Commission of Science & Technology.

The complete equipment covers 19m2in total with max. height of 1, 800mm. The production area needed in total is ab0ut 200m2except stock house.

Nine operators are required to operate this complete set equipment

in addition with some auxiliary and managing staff members.

Steel Plate:  0.5 to 0.8 thickness

Plywood:  5mm thickness

Binder:  Polyethylene alcohol corn glue or other chemical glue.

Notice 

a.Our manufactory guarantees the quality of the equipment for one

year.

b.Our manufactory will ship the equipment in 3 months affer receiving 50 per cent of the total value by D/D or M/T. The rest should be paid at shipment.

c.After the equipment reaching the destination, Our manufactory will send out several servicemen to help install and test the complete set equipment until kraft paper cask to be turn out, on customer` s charge.
