一、熔体流动速率仪用途:
A, use:
RTSL-400B熔体流动速率仪是按照GB/T3682-2000、ASTM D1238-98标准，并参看JB/T5456、ISO1133等类似标准设计制造的用于测定热塑性塑料熔体质量流动速率（MFR）的仪器，测定熔体质量流动速率采用自动取样，天平称量的方式；然后根据公式计算出质量流动速率。测定的最终结果显示在仪器的液晶屏上，并由微形打印机输出。该仪器测量数据准确，操作简单，直观明了，性能稳定可靠，它适用于尼龙等工程塑料，也适用于聚乙烯（PE）、聚丙烯（PP）、聚甲醛（POM）、聚苯乙烯（PS）ABS 树脂、聚碳酸酯等熔融温度较低的塑料测定。广泛应用于塑料生产、塑料制品、石油化工等行业及有关大专院校、科研单位、商检部门。
RTSL-400B melt flow rate instrument is in accordance with GB/T3682-2000 D1238-98 standard, ASTM, JB/T5456, ISO1133 and see similar standards of design and manufacture for the determination of thermoplastic plastics melt flow rate (MFR) instrument, determination of the melt mass flow rate by automatic sampling, weighing scales way; then according to the formula to calculate the mass flow rate. The final results were displayed on the LCD screen of instrument, and a micro printer output. The measurement data is accurate, the operation is simple, intuitive and clear, stable and reliable performance, it is suitable for nylon engineering plastics, is also suitable for polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), Polyoxymethylene (POM), polystyrene (PS) ABS resin, polycarbonate and other low melting temperature of the plastics determination. Widely used in plastics, plastic products, petroleum chemical industry and relevant institutions, scientific research units, the commodity inspection department.
