BNBM modular house is the international cooperation result between BNBM and Australian Modular Constructions Pty Ltd. Integrated BNBM’s high-quality new building materials and advanced international modular construction method, we develop this modular house which meet not only worldwide building code and standard, but also domestic marketing requirements. Our house has obtained Australian standard certification.

ⅠOur Work Team, Plant and Facilities

BNBM modular owns knowledge and expertise building consultant (31 years modular building experience), professional designer and experienced builder team, and a purpose-built 20,000m2 industrial factory to construct multiple modular buildings in a process line factory environment.

Australian Modular Consultants work alongside the BNBM staff, supervise the modular factory and train the BNBM staff in all areas of modular building. The consultants monitor the construction and the quality of BNBM modular buildings to ensure that the modular buildings meet the building codes and construction standards worldwide.

BNBM Modular adopt unique and innovative steel frame system and solar passive design concept, which make sure the modular house we delivered is energy effective, green and advanced.

A Unique and Innovative Steel frame System

The BNBM Modular steel frame system highlights the ease of construction and is able to incorporate a range of building design features not traditionally associated with modular buildings. The steel frame has been designed with large spanning capabilities. The greater span of floor is capable of being self-supporting the fewer the number of piers and footings required to support the structure. This steel frame system, allowing foundation height to be adjusted, makes BNBM Modular a great solution for sloping sites and for those sites with highly reactive soil types. The cost and number of footings required onsite is also reduced.

The floor frame we designed, that allows for large overhanging cantilevers (such as outdoor decks) not previously achievable with other similar products, is very suitable for various customers’ demands.

The rigidity of floor system, allows BNBM Modular buildings to be top loaded onto a ship for export, can be transported over long distances and multiple times without incurring structure damage. The completed building can be crane lifted onto semi-trailer trays, and manoeuvred into position.

The floor system allow extension and transform for existing modular buildings: allow a planned extension process phased over a number of years, also for cantilevered portions of buildings (decks and platforms) not normally associated with modular buildings.

Energy Efficient and Solar Passive Design

BNBM modular buildings have an uncommonly high energy rating when compared to other modular models. Energy efficiencies are derived from the use of insulated floor, wall and ceiling products and by the incorporation of solar passive design principles.

我们的房屋拥有三套保温隔热系统：复合墙体（石膏板+岩棉+外墙板），75mm高压加气混凝土楼板+木地板，岩棉夹芯板屋顶，有效阻止室内温度流失，降低空调使用率。

BNBM modular buildingshave 3 insulation systems: Composite wall system, floor system, and roofing system. Composite wall system includes plasterboard and insulation and fiber cement cladding. Floor system includes 75mm thickness autoclaved aerated concrete floor panel and floating timber floor. Roofing system includes sandwich panel and insulation. These three systems can prevent interior heat loss, minimize usage of air conditions, and improve thermal comfort.

BNBM modular buildings widely adopt Australian standard double-glazed windows and doors, four louver glass windows, which maximize light entry, natural ventilation, natural cooling and heating.

我们设计了一个可以固定及包裹整个模块化房屋的1200mm的屋檐，能最大限度的利用冬天的太阳，遮挡夏天的太阳。这是其他同类产品做不到的。

BNBM modular buildings are able to support a 1200mm eave, this capability not available on comparable products. We have devised a method of securing and wrapping a 1200mm eave around the entire perimeter of the modular. Correctly positioned, the eave allows the tracking of the winter sun to enter the building and blocks the effects of the summer sun.

These designs use thermal mass to create radiant coolness and warmness, minimize the external energy requirement.
