说明:
S213是含锡约8%、含磷不大于 0.4%的磷青铜焊丝。塑性好,锡的加入,
提高了焊缝金属的耐磨性,焊接工艺性能良好。
用途:
适用于紫铜、黄铜、磷青铜等及异种金属的氩弧焊,钢、铸铁的焊补和堆焊。

注意事项:
1. 焊前必须清除工件焊接边缘及焊丝表面的氧化物、油污等污物,以免引起
气孔,夹渣等缺陷,使焊缝性能降低。
2. 锡的加入扩大了固、液相之间的温度范围,为了减少热脆倾向,以小熔池、
快速焊为宜。
3. 钨极气体保护焊时,工件要求预热,仅用平焊位置施焊。
