板式换热器为高效间壁式换热设备，由若干金属波纹板片交替排列，通过橡胶质密封垫片形成冷热两侧换热通道，冷热介质在通道内实现全逆流热交换。

Plate and gasket are the main parts of high efficiency Plate Heat Exchanger. Countercurrent heat transfer flow can be realized with the rubber gasket seal for hot and cold channels.

板片束由上下导轨进行定位，并通过固定压紧板和活动压紧板及紧固螺栓组进行夹紧。金属波纹板为核心传热元件，波纹型式的科学合理设计将对设备的换热性能及压降性能及设备承压机械性能产生决定作用；密封垫片的合理设计将对用户使用便捷性、可靠性及可重复利用性至关重要。

The plate pack is fixed with the upper/lower guiding bar, fixed/movable cover plate and the tightening bolts. As for the key heat transfer part, the reasonable corrugation design will decide the heat transfer and pressure dro performance, and the pressure resistance. The reasonable gasket design will decide the reliability, flexibility.
