KEBAO光纤织物的特性

KEBAO光纤织物是運用紡織技術將塑膠光纤丝(POF, Plastic Optical Fiber)
織成平面狀織物，突破傳統塑膠光纖管狀之應用。光纖織物在應用上需將光纖集束加工，並加上光源(通常為LED)及電池組。光纖織物具有可發光、質量輕、柔軟、省電、顏色變化多元等特性，可大量使用於服飾成衣、運動休閒、登山露營、寵物用品、家俱、廣告等各行業。

在白天，光纖織物可利用色紗呈現既定的顏色，和一般的織布並沒有兩樣，但於夜晚或陰暗處時，光纖織物卻可利用安裝不同顏色光源的方式讓織物在白天及夜晚呈現不同的面貌，進而增加產品之附加價值。

                 KEBAO fiber fabric properties

KEBAOFiber Fabric is a creation of successful integration of optical fiber technology with textile industry , by weaving plastic optical fiber ( POF) with polyester fiber into flat fabric we had made a breakthrough of the traditional application of POF in tubing form.

In application of the Fiber Fabric , we need to gather up optical fibers then thread it with illuminant ( normally is LED) and battery sets to become an unique gorgeous fabric

Fiber Fabric possesses the characters of luminous , light , soft , colorful and low power consumption , it could be widely applied to apparel , sports goods , camping products , pet goods , furniture and advertising industries .

It looks like normal fabric in daylight but it s appearance will vary with different color of illuminant fixed on it in nighttime or dark place, one product could present two different faces, for sure the added value will be enhanced .

在欧美市场，发亮的织物一般用于成人服装仅用于晚上的服装类，例如晚礼服，晚套装，鸡尾酒会裙装。一般用于服饰的装饰材料比较多，例如帽子，手袋，鞋上的装饰物。小女孩的玩具等玩物。节日的家庭装饰物。
　　总之，发亮的织物一般用于特殊场合的产品，但亮度一般要求是亚光，国产做的亮度不太均匀，是点点的亮，要小心，这样的亮度要么没人要，要么就得很低的价格卖。
