 本厂采用国外先进的工艺、技术，专业生产陶瓷结合剂气孔砂轮成孔材料--核桃壳粒。该产品与以往的成孔材料--精萘相比，具有气孔均匀、
无气味、无污染，使用方便，价格便宜，对使用员工的身体无损还，安全。而且，对砂轮气孔大小可以任意选择。因此，在国外60年代磨
料磨具行业中已被广泛采用。

外观：光泽优美、呈褐色，采用优质山核桃壳为原料，经破碎、风旋、抛光、蒸洗、筛选等加工而成 

特点：此滤料坚韧性大，耐磨抗压、吸附能力强、抗油浸、不结块、不腐烂

用途：它是多用于油田、冶炼、环保化工等行业含油污水处理的理想过滤材料理化性能指标

一． [pore-forming materials] walnut shell particles
Our factory using foreign advanced technology specialized in vitrified bond grinding wheel hole porosity materials - walnut shell grains. Compared with the old pore-forming material-- refined naphthalene, our product has uniform pores, and it is odorless, non-polluting, easy to use, inexpensive and safe. Moreover, the pore size of the grinding wheel can be arbitrarily selected. Thus, in 60 years abroad, it has been widely adopted in abrasives industry.

　　核桃砂是由核桃壳破碎后，经严格筛选分类多道工序精制而成。其形状颗粒均达到国际工业标准！其硬度低且不含硅，可用来清洁汽油柴油引掣！因其有良好的韧性和弹性，可用于清理金属.、合金和电子塑胶工件，同时不会损伤工件表面！

　　核桃砂用于模具、仪器、电机、塑料、金银首饰、五金，玻璃，眼镜、手表、高尔夫球杆、发夹和纽扣等的清洗和抛光。主要用于喷砂清理行业，如有喷漆、锈迹、化学物资等存在的工件表面，有去除残存物和表面光洁的作用！

　　因耐用性和弹性较好、并能和碳化硅磨料混和使用，所以也是较理想的抛光研磨材料！
