中频炉修补料也称感应炉修补料,是选用优质氧化铝为主要原材料,采用特殊的化工原料为结合剂的塑性修补料。它使用于运转包、中频炉、其他窑炉易受冲击、渗透、侵蚀,剥落严重的部位。

中频炉修补料 具有优良的粘附性,施工也十分方便,它广泛地用于中频炉和铸造运转包的冷态和热态修补。

工艺:转炉大面修补料以高纯镁砂和高纯合成白云石砂为主要原料,同时加入润湿剂和烧结剂经热混炼制成。具有高温附着性好、烧结时间短、流动性好、使用寿命长、污染小等特点。

使用说明

     

      1.NJ—815冷砌耐火材料与传统耐火材料使用方法相同。使用后即可加温,在温度600摄氏度以上即可结固一体;

      2.NJ—816热喷补材料喷补前可打开桶盖搅拌均匀,根据气压进行调和,如气压达2.5 Pa左右,每桶可放水3公斤;如气压达3.5 Pa左右,每桶可放水2公斤。对需要喷补的部位,应先送气吹净灰渣,再送浆料喷补;

      3. NJ—817热抹补耐火材料,如需要抹补的部位凹凸不平,可先用NJ—816热喷补材料喷补—层后再行抹补,效果最好。

      (注:因本品比重较大,使用钢铲抹料时,就用力按压30-40秒再慢慢抽铲)。
