概述：

SL型环保水帘式喷漆柜又称“水濂喷漆柜”及“水帘机”，是目前喷涂行业普遍使用的一款喷漆设备。易于工人操作，环保效果好，可与多种设备配套组合使用。本设备广泛应用于：机械、汽车配件、金属制品、装饰件、家电、家具等行业的工件喷涂。

工作原理：

工件通过悬挂输送机送入喷漆室，或用工作台转台放置工件。操作者用手持式喷漆枪或固定式喷漆枪对工件进行喷涂作业。利用水的“皮膜”效应与粘滞性使飞散的过量漆雾随气流吸引至水幕净化，再经二次水帘净化后，经汽水分离装置，将净化后的气体排出室外。废漆去除率达到85%以上。漆雾与水混合随水流泻入盛水池，经水泵抽吸过滤，油漆残渣浮于水面。用盛器舀出集中处理，保持水质清洁，从而完成漆雾净化目的。可根据客户要求,增加油漆过滤网,过滤效果达到99%。
客户也可选择使用油漆凝聚剂加入水池内，油漆残渣即行凝聚成疏松团块，方便其去除。

设备结构：

　　水帘喷漆室：由室体、水槽、水帘板、水循环系统、抽风过滤系统等组成，正常完成工件喷涂的同时能有效防止废漆排放而污染环境。

水帘喷漆室适用：单侧喷涂，也可多台组合后进行双面喷涂。

型号种类有：单面单工位、双工位、三工位、多工位、对喷式双面水帘柜。
