液压接触式平板速冻机的内部铝板可以上下水平移动，通过与冻品的双面接触实现热交换，快速冻结产品。根据客户需要，可配备相应的制冷系统。该速冻机适合于在陆地或渔船上冻结块状食品，如鱼片，鱼糜，虾，贝类等水产品。
