一、GD6/8-200型给袋式全自动包装

1、操作方便

采用德国西门子PLC控制，配触摸屏人机界面控制系统，操作方便

mate with touch screen and electric control system, the man-machine interface is friendly.

2、 变频调速

本机使用变频调速装置，在规定范围内可随意调节速度。

3、 自动检测功能

如不开袋或开袋不完整时，不加料，不热封，袋子可再次利用，不浪费物料，为用户节约生产成本。

Automatic checking: no pouch or pouch open error, no fill, no seal. the bag can be used again, avoid wasting packing materials and raw materials.

4、 安全装置

当工作气压不正常或者加热管故障时，将报警提示。

5、 水平送袋方式

储袋器可以存放更多包装袋，对成袋质量要求较低，分袋、上袋率高

该提升机适用于粮食、食品、饲料和化工等部门的颗粒料的垂直升运。提升机通过链条 的传动带动料斗提升，用于垂直输送颗粒及小块状的物料，提升量大，提升度高等优点.与电脑组合称和包装机组成定量自动包装系统，广泛应用于食品包装行业。主要由不锈钢以及食品级塑料聚丙PP制成，安全卫生。并由控制电路以及料位控制实现自动供料和停止的自动化功能

This kind of elevator is used mainly to convey the solid food, such as rice, chip potato, candy, etc. 

It composes the automatic quantitative packing system combined with the weigher and packing machine, which is applying widely. Be made of 304 stainless steel and plastic (PP) which is hygienic and healthy .the elevator is controlled automatically.
