制氧机简介 

该设备是根据PSA或VPSA变压吸附原理，以空气为原料，以氟石分子筛为吸附剂，利用压缩空气中的氧，氮分子在筛孔中扩散的速率不同而达到分离空气的目的。 

制氧机分离空气主要由两个填满分子筛的吸附塔组成，在常温条件下，将压缩空气经过过滤、除水、除油，干燥等净化处理后进入吸附塔，在吸附塔中空气中的氮气等被分子筛所吸附，使氧气在气相中得到富集。而在另一塔已完成吸附的分子筛被迅速降压，并解吸出已吸附的成分，这样两塔交替循环，即可得到纯度≥90%的廉价的氧气。整个系统控制是由一台电脑自控完成的。 

整机配测氧仪和流量计在线检测氧气纯度和流量。 

技术指标： 

l 氧气纯度：90~93%，标准型92% 

l 氧气压力：0.2Mpa，亦可增压到用户所需压力

l 氧气产量：1~800NM3  /h（200 NM3 以上时采用VPSA法）

l 氧气露点：-40℃（常压）

This equipment is according to VPSA or PSA pressure swing adsorption principle, air as raw material, with thulium molecular sieve as adsorbent, because the spread of the rate of oxygen and nitrogen molecules in the screen hole are different, and achieve the purpose of air separation.
Oxygen generator separate air mainly by two adsorption tower which filled full of molecular sieve composition, in normal temperature conditions, the compressed air after be filtered, excepted water, oil removal and drying purification processing them entered adsorption tower, in adsorption tower nitrogen are molecular sieve adsorption, make by oxygen in gas phase get enrichment. In another tower has completed the molecular sieve adsorption and desorption rapid step-down, and out of the composition, such already adsorption two towers alternating circulation and can produce the purity 90% of cheap oxygen. The whole system is controled by computer and finished.

Application:

It can be used at non-ferrous me-tallurgy(extraction of copper, extraction of zinc, extraction of lead(pb), extraction of gold ,extraction of nickel and extraction of titanium pigment etc), black me-tal smelt(blast furnace oxygen enrichment coal powder injection pudding and electric furnace steel making etc), oxygen enriched combustion(industrial boiler, furnaces and electrolytic aluminum etc), Chemical gas producing (synthetic ammonia,   methanol, glycol etc), medical treatment and sewage treatment(oxygen enrichment detonating gas),pulp bleaching,  oxyful  producing, chemical oxidizing, firebrick making, ozone  generator, aquaculture, carbon soot producing and medical care etc.
