该机由机身、减速机、电机、自动控温柜等组成。螺和衬套采用优质氮化钢38CrMoALA制造，耐磨性极高。其主要特点是螺杆加长、长径比达1：14或1：16，挤出性能显著优于普通型冷喂料挤出机，使制品更加致密。主机采用变频电机驱动，无级调速。全自动电热水循环温度控制系统，精度达±1℃。 It is composed of machine body，decelerator，motor，head and so on . The screw and bush are made of 38CrMoALA high quality nitrided steel and have good abrasive resistance . The main feature is that screw is lengthened and the L/D reaches 1：14 or 1：16 . It embodies better extrusion quality than standard cold feed extruder and the finished goods is more compact . Its machine is driven by variable frequency motor . At well as it is equipped with automatic electrothermal water circulating temperature control system，the precision of which±1℃.
