螺旋喂料器

是连蒸的关键设备之一，被软化处理的物料进入本设备后，通过变径、变螺距挤压输送，物料受到强制性挤压脱水处理，达到溃丝化作用便于后续吸收药液。经料塞管压缩后形成密实得料塞，封堵T型管、蒸煮管内的高压蒸汽，防止反喷。螺旋喂料器的转速与其电机电流和T型管的防反喷装置连锁，既要完成造塞，又能根据需要及时关闭T型管，以保证生产安全。

Screw Feeder

The screw feeder is the mainly equipment of the continuous-cooking, after the stuff which is soften will go into the diameter and the distance of the screw squeezing and delivering the stuff which is squeezed and dehydrate then come up to squash and it is good for absorbing the liquid .Through the stuff  plug pipe compressed form the dense stuff plug and the vapor in the pipe, in case of regurgitation the rotational speed of the screw feeder with the motor power of it and the T style pipe` s prevent regurgitation device will accomplish and then it also can close the T pipe promptly according to the requirement in order to security.
