旋风除尘器简介

一、概述   

     旋风除尘器利用离心力原理分离粉尘。含尘气体在风机作用下，经过收尘管道，进入旋风除尘器，含尘气体在旋风除尘器内呈螺旋运行，粉尘在离心力作用下，与气体分离。气体排出旋风除尘器，粉尘沉寂在除尘器内，经排灰口排出除尘器。旋风除尘器结构简单，投资少，占地小，容易维护。旋风除尘器捕集密度大，颗粒大的粉尘。适用于实木家具厂。

     多年来，本公司不断创新，并结合用户的反馈意见，开发设计出适合所有木工制作行业的旋风式二次中央除尘系统，除尘效率可达99%。本系统具有结构紧凑、阻力小、运行平稳、便于维护、价格低等优点，是用户真正投资少，收益大的理想除尘系统。本系统是环保部门代为推广产品。

二、说明：

    按气体在除尘器内的旋转方向不同分为：从顶视气流逆时针旋转为左转（N）和气流时针旋转为右转（S）两种。

本设备根据第一机械工业部设计研究总院图纸制造。

三、用途：

     该木工旋风除尘器具有阻力小，效率高，处理风量大等特点，对比较轻的纤维粉，石棉粉尘，锯木屑刨花、电刨屑等，有较高的捕集能力，适用于分离含有木屑，刨花的空气，是木材加工行业的理想净化设备。

四、原理：

    该除尘设备就是利用被吹付的粉尘，通过风管切向进入筒体，经过旋转分离粉尘降入锥体进入封闭的沉降室，净气通过出风口排入大气，从而达到除尘效果，使用方便，不需要设专人看管。

五、性能：

除尘效率：对于纯锯木屑为93%；对于锯木屑压刨刨花混合灰尘为98%。
