设备可加工的主要原材料可以是木屑、 稻壳、 秸秆、花生壳、甘蔗渣、棉花秆、芥菜秆、竹子、麦秆、 棕榈壳、 豆壳、椰子壳等等含有木质纤维的农作物、森林废料。This biomass wood pellet line can make the pellets with wood fiber crops and forest waste just like sawdust, rice husk, corn straw, peanut shell, bagasse, cotton stalk, mustard stem, bamboo, wheat-straw, palm shell, coconut shell.
The technological process is rational in succession. Every unit's performance is good. the aricrew cooperation is compact. The whole line take small area and has small energy consumption.
It mainly contains wood crush machine, drying machine, conditioner,pellet mills, cooling separator, packing machine and pulsed dust collector,hoitsting machine and storage bin,etc. The final pellet has good quality and meet the europe standard.
The diameter of the pellets can be 6mm to 30mm. the length can be adjusted according to the requirement of the client.
