冷敷眼罩

方法：

冷敷法：

将眼罩放入冰箱冷藏室预冷，1小时后取出使用，急用时可放入冰箱冷冻室预冷，使用时佩戴于眼部即可。

热敷法：

可以用微波炉或者热水来准备热敷的眼罩或者面罩

1、使眼罩或者面罩沉浸在沸腾后的热水中大约4-6分钟

2、把眼罩或者面罩放入装有热水的容器中，然后放入微波炉中用中火加热约1分钟。

好处：

1、改善眼部微血管循环、消除改善用眼疲劳、恢复睫状肌弹性。

2、改善用脑过度引起的头晕眼花、健忘、厌食等不适感，减轻偏头痛、神经衰弱、失眠等脑疲劳综合症。

3、消除眼袋、黑眼圈、增强眼部周围皮肤的光洁度和弹性。

注意事项：

1、眼罩（面罩）仅供外用，如内容物接触眼睛或皮肤，应用清水彻底清洗。

2、如不慎误食内容物，应饮下大量清水及尽量吐出，必要时应联系医生。

3、为防止温度过低，刚开始使用时最好用毛巾或棉布包裹，如使用者循环系统有病，应先

请教医生。

特性：

本品冷热两用，使用简易，冷敷时袋体在-18℃以下仍保持柔软，并可在冷热交替重复循环使用。

Eye Mask/Facial Mask :
Usage:

Cold application:

Put the eye / facial mask into refrigerator to refrigerate for an hour before taking out for use, or put it into freezer when in urgent need. Wear it like an eye glass for use

Hot application:

Prepare eye / facial mask for hot application by following heating instructions. (Microwave oven or Hot Water)

1. Hot Water: immerse the eye / facial mask under hot water for about 4-6 minutes.

2. Microwave oven: put the eye / facial mask into a bowl with hot water, then put the bowl to the microwave oven for about 1 minute (middle fire)

Purpose:

1.This product can improve ocular microcirculation, eliminate eye fatigue, recover the plasticity of ciliary muscle, prevent vision decline, so it has a good efficacy of lightening eye and refreshing brain.

2. Alleviate swirl and dazzle, amnesia, and anorexia induced by excessive brain labors; Lighten migraine, neurasthenia and insomnia of brain fatigue syndrome.

3. Remove eye pouch and black eyes; Improve the brightness and elasticity of the eye skin.

Precaution:

1.The ice bag can only be used for external medication. If eye or skin should contact the content, it must be washed by clean water thoroughly.

2.If one eats the content by mistake, he must drink enough water and try his best to vomit it and turn to a doctor when necessary.

3.If the temperature is too low or high for you, please use a cloth wraps to cover the pack. Those who have something wrong with their microcirculation system should refer to doctor in advance.
