精密台式自动往复锯是精密推台锯的新一代革新产品，它的问世填补了国内外台式自动裁板锯的空白。

精密台式自动往复锯区别于普通推台锯、裁板锯地方有以下几点：

一、气动装置自动固定木料

■上料后由4组气动装置自动压牢板材，压力均匀切割更平整。

■After the feeding，4 groups pneumatic devices fasten wood panel automatically, by which provide a uniform pressure can make cutting more plain.

■该工作部分劳动强度为0，并直接杜绝安全事故的发生。

■The labor intensity of this working portion is 0, which can prevent the accidents directly.

二、台面自动往复。

■台面往复由变频电气装置操纵；速度匀速可调，板材切割更整齐。

■ The table reciprocating is controlled by the convertible frequency electric installation, so the speed is constant and adjustable and the wood-panelscutting are more tidily.

■无须人工推拉，大幅节省人力减少安全事故的发生。

■Without manual push-pull, this work can save manpower by a wide margin and reduce the incidence of accidents.

三、锯片自动升降

■锯片在工作时自动升出，完毕后自动降下。

■The saw blade rises up when working and down after using automatically.

■板材锯切不扫边，锯切精度更高，也避免安全事故的发生。

■The wood-panels sawing doesn’t sweep edge and has a higher cutting precision which can avoid the accidents.

四、配有自动接料装置（可选配置）

■板材切割完毕后由牵引装置自动接料。

■After cutting sheet automatic feeding device by a traction。

■减少人工的使用，进一步降低安全事故的发生。

■Reduce the use of artificial, to further reduce the occurrence of accidents.

五、整机采用德国原装进口电子尺定位（可选配置）

■机器副台配有产自德国的数控触摸屏，电子定尺。

■The machine’s secondary stations are equipped with numerical control touch screen and electronic scale which made in Germany.

■根据不同尺寸自动定尺，液晶显示也更精确。

■Sizing automatically according to different sizes, the liquid crystal display will also be more precise.

六、副台和延长副台均配有滚轴（可选配置）

■副台和延长副台是由高质量滚轴组成的输送结构。

■The machine’s secondary station and extended secondary station are composed by high quality rollers. They are the machines’ conveyer structure.

■利用滚轴输送板材不但传送方便而且所切板材表面不被划伤。

■Transporting wood panes through rollers, which is convenient and avoiding scuffing on the cutting plate surfaces as well.

七、控制箱独立化

■控制箱的操作位置可随意移动。

■The operating position of the control cabinet can shift freely.
