一、主要应用

本产品是高温纯锰系磷化液，主要作用于轴承，液压管道，紧固件等高速转动的零件并且具有减磨自润滑的黑色磷化处理，以及五金，数控刀具及要求非常高的齿轮耐磨、防腐蚀膜层的特殊处理。

二、特点

本磷化液生成的磷化膜细腻，晶粒成半圆状、润滑性能好，防腐能力强。

三、使用说明

本品使用时与水按照1：10（体积比）加水生成为工作液，搅拌均匀后升温到92~95°C方可使用，磷化是15分钟。新配的工作液要经过预先黑磷化成功后才能批量生产。

六、包装﹑储藏

30公斤/桶，是塑料桶包装。本产品最好储存在阴暗的地方，防止暴晒，可以长期保存不会变质。
