成都市新都嘉瑞新材料厂，是一家专门从事石油、天然气管道补口、通信电缆接头热收缩材料研究、生产、销售的高科技企业。本厂拥有长期以来为石油、天然气、国防、军工、通讯、电力等管网建设做出过贡献的高精技术科研人员和一支团结、高效、竭诚为用户服务的员工队伍。

　　新型工程管道防腐、保温热缩产品是我厂开发的系列产品，由聚乙烯和特制热熔胶复合而成的二层结构或三层结构（带底漆），主要用于工程管道防护补口、补伤、防腐、防水及密封。该产品采用新型材料，经过先进的工艺加工而成，与传统的保温防护、防护、防腐材料相比，具有以下优点：耐酸碱、耐腐蚀、化学性能稳定、抗老化性好、平均使用寿命长达三十年。保温效果好，热效率可提高30％。使用方便、操作简单、快捷。体积小、重量轻、克服了传统防腐及保温材料施工运输所带来的种种不便。对操作者无毒、无害、对环境无污染、属绿色环保节能产品。产品分为防腐管用和防腐保温用两大类。

　　利用热缩材料进行管道防腐是一种新型的防腐密封方法。它克服了传统方式的补口防腐，密封保温存在的不足，具有以下特点：耐化学腐蚀、耐老化、耐气候、阻燃、运输方便、施工简单、密封性能好、传输热效高等特点。可广泛应用于各类金属管道及市政管道补口防腐。

　　我厂主要研制生产“嘉瑞”牌石油天然气管道防腐、补口用热缩产品、通讯电缆热缩产品、铁路信号热缩产品、电力热缩产品、电器通用单双壁热缩套管等六大系列多种不同规格、不同颜色的具有同类产品先进水平的辐射交联热缩制品。
我厂依托中国核物理研究院和川大的高级工程师、教授的技术支持，严格按照YD/T-590-92通信电缆塑料护套接续套管行业标准组织生产，按照SY/T-0413-2002标准组织生产，其质量体系符合GB/T19001-2002idtISO9001：2000，并获得本质量体系认证。

　　我厂产品除了严格执行上述质量标准和质量运行控制体系外，还在产品不断创新、精益求精、不断改进上下工夫，获得用户一致好评。

Chengdu Xindu Jiarui New Materials Plant is a high-tech enterprise which has been specially engaged in research, production and sales of petroleum, natural gas pipeline’s anticorrosion and heat shrinkable materials of telecom cable. The plant has scientific researcher of high-grade, high-precision and advanced technology who have made contributions for pipeline network construction of petroleum, natural gas, national defense, war industry, communication and electric power for a long time and a team of employees who are high-efficient, united and servers the users wholeheartedly. Our plant has mainly been engaged in the development and production of six series of radiation cross-linked heat-shrinkable products of different specifications and colors with advanced level of similar products such as heat-shrinkable products for anticorrosion & mending of petroleum & natural gas pipelines, heat-shrinkable products for communication cable , heat-shrinkable products for railway signal, heat-shrinkable products for electric power and universal single-double wall heat shrinkable sleeves for electrical equipment, etc. By depending on technical support of senior engineers and professors of China Physics Research Institute and Sichuan University, our plant organizes the production strictly according to the industrial standards for YD/T590-92 plastic jacket joint closure for telecommunication cable and SY/T0413-2002 and SY/T4054-2003 standards . Its quality system conforms to ISO9001:2000 standards and passes the certification of such quality system .
