注:
1、界面脱层的发生是由于LED 封装焊接热引起的,这会使吸收的水分蒸发和扩大,从
而使光学性能的降低。
为了尽可能减少产品在储存和运输过程中水分的吸收,产品使用防潮铝箔袋包装,内附
干燥剂(硅胶),如果干燥剂吸收水分会由蓝色转变为红色。
2、防潮铝箔袋打开后,产品按上述条件完成焊接过程。如果有未使用的产品,应将其
保存在放有干燥剂(硅胶)的密封容器中。捷高建议使用原先用来存储的防潮袋来保存产品。
3、在规定时期后打开包装袋的,或者干燥剂(硅胶)不再是蓝色的产品需要进行烘烤,
但是,注意产品烘烤只能做一次。
4、为了避免水汽凝结,产品不能储存在温度、湿度波动比较剧烈的环境当中。
5、我们建议客户将不用的产品密封保存,因为腐蚀性的环境会对裸露产品的板金属进
行一定的腐蚀,这会对产品的光学性能有不利影响。我们建议用原来的防潮袋重新密封保存。
1、Interface delamination can occur due to vaporization and expansion of absorbed
moisture in the LED packages caused by soldering heat,which may result in degradation
in optical performance.
To minimize moisture absorption into the products during the transportation and
storage,the products are packed in a moisture-proof aluminum bag.Desiccants(silica
gel)inside the packing turn from blue to red as it absorbs moisture.
2 、After opening the moisture-proof aluminum bag,the products should be
completed soldering process within the range of the conditions above. If unused LEDs
remain,they should be stored with desiccants(silica gel)in hermetically sealed
container. JEGO recommends using the original moisture-proof bag for storage.
3、After the "Period After Opening"specified above,or if the desiccants(silica
gel)are no longer blue,the products need to be baked. Note that baking must only
be done once.
4、To avoid condensation,the products must not be stored in the areas where
temperature and humidity fluctuate greatly.
5、Customer is advised to keep the LEDs in an airtight container when not in
use as exposure to a corrosive environment might cause the plated metal parts of
the product to tarnish,which might lead to difficulties in soldering and/or adverse
effects on optical characteristics.It is also recommended to return the LEDs to the
original moisture proof bag and seal the moisture proof bag again.
(2)使用指南Directions For Use
1、为稳定的LED 特点,建议运行在额定电流的10%或更高。
2、室外使用,应采取必要措施,以防水,及空气中水汽和盐分空气的损害。
3、本产品应在正向偏压下运行。驱动电路的设计必须保证当产品处于关闭状态时,不
会受到正向或反向电压,特别是,如果反向电压不断应用于该产品,这样的操作会导致LED
迁移性损坏。
1、For stabilizing the LED characteristics,it is recommended to operate at 10%
of the rated current or higher.

2、For outdoor use,necessary measures should be taken to prevent water,moisture
and salt air damage.
3、This product should be operated in forward bias. A driving circuit must be
designed so that the product is not subjected to either forward or reverse voltage
while it is off. In particular,if a reverse voltage is continuously applied to
product,such operation can cause migration resulting in LED damage.
(3)处理措施Handling Precautions
1、当应用本产品时,不要直接用手接触本产品,因为这可能会污染产品表面及影响产
品光学性能。甚至过大的力量还会使产品包装或者线路损坏,从而使产品彻底损坏。
2、如果产品不慎掉落,该产品或许损坏。
3、不要堆叠组装好的印刷电路板,否则会导致产品中的树脂部分脱落、碎裂、分层或
者变形,甚至电线压断,从而导致产品严重损坏。
1、When handling the product,do not touch it directly with bare hands as it may
contaminate the surface and effect on optical characteristics.In the worst
cases,excessive force to the product might result in catastrophic failure due to
package damage and/or wire breakage.
2、If the product is dropped,it might be damaged.
3、Do not stack assembled PCBs together. Failure to comply can cause the resin
portion of the product to be cut, chipped, delaminated and/or deformed, and wire
to be broken, and thus resulting in catastrophic failure.
(4)设计考虑Design Consideration
1、产品装配到PCB 板上之后,PCB 发生翘板的话,会导致产品外封装破损。所以鉴于
PCB 板的受力扭曲,应尽量减少在LED 上的应力。
2、产品需要与电路板分离时必须用特殊家具,不能直接用手。
3、LED 的放置方向和位置影响在限制线附近放置LED 上机械应力的大小。LED 应放置在
尽量减少因板弯曲的应力的地方。
1、PCB warpage after mounting the products onto a PCB can cause the package to
break. The LEDs should be placed so as to minimize the stress on the LEDs due to
PCB bow and twist.
2、Board separation must be performed using special jigs,not with hands.
3、The position and orientation of the LEDs affect how much mechanical stress
is exerted on the LEDs placed near the score lines. The LEDs should be placed so
as to minimize the stress on the LEDs due to board flexing.
(5)清洁Cleaning
1、在需要时应使用异丙醇进行清洁。其他溶剂由于可能对LED 树脂部分造成损害而引
起LED 过早失效,在使用这些溶剂之前,应对其产生的影响进行验证。此外,诸如氟利昂这
样的氟氯碳化物的使用是被严格控制的。
2、对于LED,我们并不推荐使用超声波清洗,这是由于受超声功率和LED 封装状态所
限,超声波清洗可能会对LED 产生不利的影响。如果这是不可缺省的,建议客户在使用超声

1、If required, isopropyl alcohol (IPA) should be used. Other solvents may cause
premature failure to the LEDs due to the damage to the resin portion. The effects of
such solvents should be verified prior to use.In addition,the use of CFCs such as
Freon is heavily regulated.
2、Ultrasonic cleaning is not recommended for the LEDs since it may adversely
effect on the LEDs by the ultrasonic power and LED assembled condition. If it is
unavoidable, customer is advised to check prior to use that the cleaning will not
damage the LEDs.
(6)人眼安全Eye Safety
1、国际电工委员会(IEC)在2006 年发布的灯具和照明系统的光生物学安全标准
IEC 62471:2006 文件中将LED 光源纳入其中,同时将其从激光安全标准IEC
60825-1:2007 中移除,在之前LED 光源还属于它的2001 版本范围内。然而要记住,在一些
国家和地区已经采用的标准, 都是基于包含LED 光源的IEC 激光安全标准文件IEC
60825-1:2001 的。在IEC 62471:2006 标准下,日亚的大多数LED 光源可被归类为豁免组和
风险组:1.特别是一个大功率的LED 所发出的光包含蓝光部分,可能在风险组;2.当直视高
电流驱动的LED 或光学仪器中的LED 时要加强防护,否则会对眼睛造成极大危害。
2、观察闪烁光源时可能使眼睛产生不舒适感,当组装LED 到产品中时,要做好防护措
施以免光刺激对人体产生不利影响。
1 、The International Electrical Commission (IEC) published in 2006, IEC
62471:2006 Photobiological safety of lamps and lamp systems which includes LEDs
within its scope . Meanwhile LEDs were removed from the scope of the IEC
60825-1:2007 laser safety standard, the 2001 edition of which included LED sources
within its scope. However, keep it mind that some countries and regions have adopted
standards based on the IEC laser safety standard IEC 60825-1:2001 which includes
LEDs within its scope. Following IEC 62471:2006, most of Nichia LEDs can be
classified as belonging to either Exempt Group or Risk Group (1)Especially a
high-power LED, that emits light containing blue wavelengths, may be in Risk Group
(2)Great care should be taken when viewing directly the LED driven at high current
or the LED with optical instruments, which greatly increase the hazard to your eyes.
2、Viewing a flashing light may cause eye discomfort. When incorporating the
LED into your product, precaution should be taken to avoid adverse effect on human
body caused by the light stimulus.
(7)其他Others
1、在本规格书中所描述的LED 光源,可用于普通的电子设备(如办公设备、通信设备、
测量仪器和家用电器)。提前咨询本公司销售人员以获取产品所具有特殊品质和可靠性等必
要信息,尤其是当LED 的失效或发生故障时可能会直接危及生命或健康(如飞机、航天、潜
水器的中继器、核反应堆控制系统、汽车,交通控制设备、生命保障系统和安全装置)。
2、客户不得在事先没有征得捷高公司书面授权的情况下进行逆向工程拆解或分析LED
光源。当发现有缺陷的LED 光源时,客户应在拆解或分析之前直接通知本公司。
3、客户开始批量生产之前,需与本公司在所提供产品的正式规格书上达成一致。

4、产品的外观和规格可能被修改以进行改善,不再另行通知。
1 、The LEDs describled in this brochure are intended to be used for ordinary
electronic equipment(such as office equipment, communications equipment,
measurement instruments and household appliances). Consult JEGO’s sales staff in
advance for information on the applications in which exceptional quality and
reliability are required, particularly when the failure or malfunction of the LEDs may
directly jeopardize life or health (such as for airplanes, aerospace, submersible
repeaters,nuclear reactor control system,automobiles, traffic control equipment, life
support systems and safety devices).
2、The customer shall not reverse engineer by disassembling or analysis of the LEDs without
having prior written consent from JEGO. When defective LEDs are found, the customer shall
inform JEGO directly before disassembling or analysis.
3、Customer and JEGO shall agree the official specification of supplied products prior to the
start of a customer’s volume production.
4 、The appearance and specifications of the product may be modified for improvement
without notice.
