●结构STRUCTURE

MT-38P云母带是用金云母纸与玻璃纤维布(G型)或PE薄膜(F型)复合而生，其粘合剂为耐热硅脂。

Mica Tape MT-38P series are produced by applying heat resistant silicone adhesive to the most heat resistant Phlogopite mica paper which bonded to either an electrical grade glass fiber cloth, the G type, or a polyethylene film, the F type as the supporting agent.

●产品特性FEATURES:

MT-38P云母带具有柔软性、高抗张强度，单卷长度达1000米以上之特点，因此非常适合电缆生产中高速包缆。

MT-38P云母带一方面在燃烧期间，会减少和阻止毒烟和毒气的产生和释出，另一方面具有良好电气绝缘性能，耐火试验表明，包缆了云母带的导线，在温度800C，电压1000V的条件下可保证3小时不发生击穿。

MT-38P MICA TAPE feature excellent flexibility, high tensile strength and good length (1000 M). So, make it very suitable for high speed taping in the cable manufacturing.

MT-38P MICA TAPE on one hand, is free of toxic gases and on the other hand, offer excellent electrical insulation even at more than 800°C. Flame test result show: at 800°C, MT-38P are guarantee to stand a potential different 1000V a.c. between conductors for 3 hours with no breakdown.

●用途USAGE

MT-38P云母带主要用于耐火电缆的导体与外皮之间作耐火绝缘，尤其是发生火灾等紧急情况时，保证电力、控制线缆在足够时间内维持正常工作起着非常重要的作用。

MT-38P MICA TAPE is used as fire resistant layer between conductors. They are suitable for all essential and emergency system when circuit integrity must be maintained during and after a fire including power and control cable.
