  棕刚玉的颜色：棕刚玉是呈棕褐色的，其中三级棕刚玉就是俗称的黑刚玉颜色呈暗黑色。棕刚玉用途：棕刚玉用途棕刚玉磨料主要用于喷砂磨料磨具，高标准的耐磨地坪，水过滤等。喷砂磨料适用范围:工件材质，喷砂目的工艺要求不锈钢，表面去污、除焊渣及亚光效果。铁质工件，去锈、除污、除氧化皮，增大镀层、涂层附着力。铝质工件，去氧化皮，表面强化、光饰作用。铜质工件，去氧化皮亚光效果。玻璃制品水晶磨砂、刻图案。塑胶制品(硬木制品)亚光效果。牛仔布等特殊面料、毛绒加工及效果图案。

棕刚玉的其他功能：
（1）由于有耐高温、耐腐蚀、高强度等性能，故用浇钢滑动水口，冶炼稀贵金属、特种合金、陶瓷、炼铁高炉的内衬（墙和管）；理化器皿、火花塞、耐热抗氧化涂层。
（2）由于有硬度大、耐磨性好、强度高的特点，在化工系统中，用做各种反应器皿和管道，化工泵的部件；做机械零部件、各种模具，如拔丝模、挤铅笔芯模嘴等；做刀具、模具磨料、防弹材料、人体关节、密封模环等。

  棕刚玉的应用

 除锈喷砂/抛光砂:喷砂磨料以优质金刚砂为原料采用现代新型独特工艺技术精制而成。喷砂磨料具有研磨时间短，效率高，效益好，价格低的特点。该产品硬度适中，韧性高，自锐性好，砂耗低且能回收循环利用，磨件光洁度好;而且化学成分稳定，耐磨、耐酸碱。该磨料介壳状断口，边角锋利，可在不断粉碎分级中形成新的棱角和边刃，使其研磨能力优于其它磨料。尤其是其具有的硬度高、比重大、化学性质稳定及其特有的自锐性等优点成为喷砂工艺用磨料的首选;同时更是喷砂除锈清理工件，研磨抛光的理想材料。

理化性能分析
