用途：
          1、本产品适用于车辆、家具、仪表、机械、设备喷涂以及宾馆住宅、旅社、商厦等涂装装潢作业。
          
使用方法：
         1、请将涂料罐，容器组件以及空气软管固定地装在喷枪上。
         2、使用空气压力因涂料的粘度、性质不同而不同，但大致上请以0.25-0.4MPa来喷涂。
         3、涂料粘度也是因涂料的性质、作业条件不同而不同，但大致上用粘度17-23S比较适当。
         4、喷涂距离15-20CM，喷涂距离太近、太远，或者圆弧移动喷枪来喷漆的话，喷膜就不漂亮。
注意事项：
         1、空气度、涂料喷嘴的各个喷出孔及针阀请绝对不要损伤。
         2、各部位的清洗请浸在稀释剂里用刷子清洗，不要将整把喷枪浸泡在稀释剂中。
         3、清洗涂料通道时请喷少量稀释剂。
         4、拆装时请仔细清洗零件，不使垃圾附在上面。
         5、装针阀垫圈组件时，为了不使针阀密封螺丝拧的太紧，请边扣动扳机边拧紧，使针阀移动灵活。

在清洗、拆卸或保养维护前，关掉空气和喷涂材料的输入阀，扣动扳机卸掉空气和液体压力。
 
 1、使用后，迅速彻底清洗喷漆帽和液体喷嘴，清洗不彻底将产生不好的喷幅和表面质量。清洗时，将剩余涂料倒掉用少量稀释剂清洗涂料通道喷漆嘴。
 2、用所附带的浸过稀释剂的刷子或抹布清洗其它部分。
 3、每天用微量机油涂注在针垫片、开关垫片、幅调钮垫片、扳机轴接着。
 4、除去涂料针之后或当其被摘下来时将液体喷嘴也摘除，这样来保护针座部分。
 5、当喷针装置插入时，用手紧固喷针密封装置。然后再用扳手慢慢紧固。拉动扳机观察喷针的运动情况，调节密封圈装置。拉动扳机观察喷针的运动情况，调节密封圈装置。因为太紧会降低喷针的运动速度并导致液体在喷嘴尖端的泄露。若紧固的不够，则可能导致空气进入，影响喷涂。
