消磁卸料起重永磁吊具使用性能
The usage capability of the lifting permanent-magnet hoisting tools that unloads by demagnetization

　　市面上的顶针永磁吊具不能消磁，卸料靠四个顶针强行将工件顶脱，有三大弊端：1.薄小工件很难顶脱，操作人员不得不用钢钎撬卸。2.容易吸附铁屑，消除铁沫艰难。3.组合联吊时顶针容易环损，造成不同步或个别难脱卸，吊车强拉时会突然崩脱，导致横梁大幅摇摆，三大弊端就是三大安全隐患。
　　电磁吊具在工作时既耗电又会产生巨大噪声，不环保，而最重要就是电磁吊具在突然断电情况下，吊件必崩脱，存在重大安全隐患。

The current permanent-magnet hoisting tools that unloads by pushing workpieces out with four needles have three shortcomings : 1, It is very difficult to push some small workpieces. 2, It is easy to adhere some scrap iron, but is difficult to get rid of them . 3, The pushing needle is easy to be damaged when hoists together, and make it unsynchronous. It will fall suddenly when crane forces to pull, and make crossbeam swing sharply.
They consume more electric power, and make huge noise . The most serious problem is that workpiece will fall when electric current break off suddenly.
