Rigoni di Asiago has based its activity on producin g from organic farming. Starting with honey, the
company essfully proceeded onto making Fiordifrutta jams, the natural sweetener DolceDì,
iolata chocolate and hazelnut spread and most recently, Fruttosa ready- to - eat fruit dessert.

Rigoni di Asiago made this choice many years ago.   FiordiFrutta of Rigoni di Asiago  took first
position as the overall top selling jam in the Italian market  of   traditional jams  and organic jams .
 
A soft and fragrant blend of chocolate and hazelnuts, iolata is a treat worth having. Rigoni
have created their own flavour by blending selected organic  ingredients.   It’s a healthy treat:
Hazelnuts, dark chocolate, sunflower oil, skimmed milk, cocoa butter, vanilla, brown sugar,
sunflower- lecithin emulsifier , all ingredients are organic and free of added aromas, fats or
artificial colourants. From the raw materials to the finished product, iolata is the result of a
chosen ethic to protect the consumer and the environment …  It is easily digested. iolat a
es a soft and homogeneous cream after being blended, then cooled from 50 to 30 degrees,
filtered and blended a second time to achieve a light and healthy product. The processing phase
takes about 60 hours to complete. 
 
The flavour is a delightful blend of chocolate and hazelnuts in a soft melt- in -your - mouth cream.
