【冲泡方法】

取适量温水倒入奶瓶。
加入奶粉，盖上瓶盖，摇匀。

冲调合适浓度的奶液请参见以下用量(用罐内量勺量取)

60毫升   1 量勺奶粉 (8.5克)
120毫升  2 量勺奶粉 (17克)
180毫升  3 量勺奶粉 (25.5克)
240毫升  4 量勺奶粉 (34克)

开调后应马上给婴儿喂哺，或盖紧奶盖并冷藏，冷藏时间不超过48小时，如果冲调后的配方奶超过一小时未冷藏，请勿使用。【储存】

在温室下储存，应重新密封，并存在干燥处，且应在一个月之内用完奶粉。不能将奶粉置于冰冻或过热的地方。

请在保质期内使用完。 

提醒：刚刚开始换新的奶粉，建议要给宝宝过渡转奶，哪怕之前喝的是国内的同品牌奶粉换成美国原装的，转奶这个步骤也是必要的。
换新的奶粉以后，有的宝宝会出现不适应的情况，多为上火便秘、过敏、腹泻等症状，都属于换奶不适应的情况，实属正常。
如果宝宝出现不适应的情况，有以下方法可以帮助宝宝缓解：
1、把奶粉冲稀一些，正常是60ml水放一勺奶粉，这个时候调整成70ml水放一勺奶粉；
2、少喝多餐，把宝宝一餐的奶量分成2-3餐食用；
3、添加益生菌，提高肠道消化吸收能力（可以在转奶的时候就买好备用，即使宝宝转奶没有出现不适，也可以作为日用的肠胃调节，以提高宝宝的肠道功能。）
如果宝宝的不适症状比较严重，特别是腹泻厉害的话，应该立即停止使用新的奶粉，换回原来宝宝适应的奶粉，等待宝宝肠胃正常以后重新再选择新的奶粉。
