采用国际先进的干涉吸收型镀膜技术工艺，膜层中的吸收层采用特有的耐高温的不锈钢氮化铝，有效解决了普通集热管长期干晒后的性能衰减问题；特有超纯铜镜面金属反射层热损小，发射率低；表层的减反层用于可提高太阳光透过率，并对内层膜作良好保护。
▲ 该涂层属中温膜系，集热效率高，发射率低，耐低温、性能稳定，比渐变膜系有更为优良的性价比特性，尤其适用于太阳能分体承压热水系统和热水工程，并可应用于发电、制冷、海水淡化等工业、技术领域。
▲ 真空管选用符合GB/T19141-2003标准的3.3高硼硅玻璃管制造，耐冷热冲击性能好，透光率高，光学稳定性强。
