SET         Set value of the selected functions

TIME-DISTANCE-CALORIE- PULSE

RECOVERY  Press this button going into pulse recovery detecting.

SCAN        The monitor will display the following function and each function will keep 4 seconds on the screen.

TIME        The monitor will display the time function on the screen.

SPEED        The monitor will display the current speed from 0.00~199.9KM/H or ML/H.

DISTANCE   The monitor will accumulate the distance trip. You can setup the value from 0.0~999.9KM or ML.

CALORIE     The monitor will accumulate the caloric consumption (0~9999cal).

PULSE        The monitor will display you current heart rate in beats per minute.

Press the button of MODE to select pulse function, the monitor will display your current heart rate in beats per minute.

If the pulse sensor is contact with ear (DJ-11-8H), clip the sensor to earlobe after rubbing earlobe for several times to ensure maximum circulation before measuring your pulse.

If the pulse sensor is contact with hand (DJ-11-8G), place the palms of your hands on the both of the contact pads before measuring your pulse rate.

It is a function to check the condition of pulse recovery when stop exercising that is scaled from F1 to F6 while F1 means best and F6 means the worst. This function may reflect your heart pulse recovery ability and improve it through exercise. In order to get rated correctly, users must test it right after the workout finished by pressing “RECOVERY” key and then stop exercising. After the key is pressed, please also apply the heart rate detector appropriately. The test will last for 1 minute and the result will show on the screen. When press again will out of RECOVERY mode.

If improper display on monitor , please re-install the batteries .
