1)This frame is made with precision Japanese SUS304H-TA stainless steel sheet.

2)This blank stencil is used specially for SMT stencil manufacture.

3)The internal stress has been removed from the steel sheet to ensure no distortion after cut.

4)Before sticking the steel sheet on the mesh, we do roughening treatment on the sticking place on the steel sheet to ensure the strong adhesiveness and high chemical resistance.

5)SMT Stencil 29"x29" frame can be used into cutting processing directly...

The blank stencil is most commonly used in SMT stencil industry, its features are as follows:

1. The procedure is completely according to the data file to reduce the error rate;
