  ★水转印工艺具体可分为七步来操作：
  1.披覆薄膜：将水溶性薄膜预先印上所需图案；
  2.活化:采用特殊溶剂使薄膜上的图案活化成油墨状态。
  3.披覆：利用水压将图案转印于被印物体上。
  4.水洗：将被印工件上残留的杂质用水冲洗干净.  5.干燥：将被印工件烘干。
  6.喷面漆：喷上PU透明光油保护被印工件表面。
  7.再干燥：将喷完面漆的物体表面进行干燥。
★水转印应用广泛，几乎各行各业都有涉及：
1.汽车用品：仪表盘、控制盘、纸巾盒、茶杯座、磁带架、观后镜框、操作把手、车锁等.
2.电子产品：电话、传呼机、录象机、音响、遥控器、鼠标、钟表、键盘、摄像头、电吹风等；
