水转印技术是利用水压将带彩色图案的转印纸/塑料膜进行高分子水解的一种印刷。
　　随着人们对产品包装与装饰的要求的提高，水转印的用途越来越广泛 。其间接印刷的原理及完美的印刷效果解决了许多产品表面装饰的难题，主要用于各类陶瓷，玻璃花纸等的转印。

　　 水转印加工一般而言各行业皆可适用，大致包括有塑胶、尼龙、木质、铁、铝、铜、玻璃、电木、陶瓷、ABS、PC、PP、PVC、PU、PE、TPR、PS等.
　　 披覆转印技术可将彩色图纹披覆在任何形状之工件上，为生产商解决立体产品印刷的问题。曲面披覆亦能在产品表面加上不同纹路，如皮纹、木纹、翡翠纹及云石纹等，同时亦可避色一般板面印花中常现的虚位。且在印刷流程中，由于产品表面不需与印刷膜接触，可避免损害产品表面及其完整性.

　　★水转印工艺具体可分为七步来操作：
　　1.披覆薄膜：将水溶性薄膜预先印上所需图案；
　　2.活化:采用特殊溶剂使薄膜上的图案活化成油墨状态。
　　3.披覆：利用水压将图案转印于被印物体上。
　　4.水洗：将被印工件上残留的杂质用水冲洗干净.　　
    5.干燥：将被印工件烘干。  
　　6.喷面漆：喷上PU透明光油保护被印工件表面。
　　7.再干燥：将喷完面漆的物体表面进行干燥。

　　2.印制玻璃花纸。可用于玻璃水具、玻璃杯瓶、广告杯、各类玻璃容器及装饰玻璃。
　　3.印制头盔花纸。广泛用于摩托车头盔、安全帽等表面花纹图案的制作。
　　4.运动用品的贴花。如制作网球拍、钓鱼杆等表面的商标、标志;
　　5.金属管件的贴花。如制作自行车、摩托车管件的图案、文字等.
　　6.制作玩具车模表面的贴花纸;
　　7.印制木器花纸;
　　8.时尚的纹身贴纸;
　　9.其他难以直接印刷品的贴花纸.
